Brandy Davis brings over 30 years of experience in the legal and real estate industry, with a strong focus on title work and closing support. As a licensed abstractor and in-house paralegal, she prepares detailed abstracts, conducts title searches, and assists with curative documents, deeds, and affidavits to help keep transactions moving forward.
In addition to her legal and abstracting work, Brandy leads marketing efforts for the company, coordinating community events, social media, and outreach initiatives. Known for her attention to detail and organized approach, she plays a key role in supporting accurate, efficient closings.
A resident of Sulphur since 2018, Brandy has deep connections across the region and works closely with real estate professionals and attorneys. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time outdoors, along with reading mystery novels and watching crime shows.
