Chase Pollard serves as President of Marketing and Business Development, bringing a background in economics, risk management, and real estate operations to the title and closing industry. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, he has been active in the industry since 2005 and holds multiple professional licenses, including Property & Casualty, Life & Health, securities licenses, and a licensed abstractor designation earned in 2008.
Chase leads operations with a focus on improving efficiency while maintaining accuracy across every transaction. Under his leadership, Arbuckle Services has implemented digital title plants and technology-driven workflows that support faster closing timelines and more coordinated processes. His commitment to improving the client experience has contributed to industry recognition, including Affiliate of the Year honors and Best of the Best awards in Southern Oklahoma.
A lifelong Ardmore resident, Chase is committed to strengthening the local business community and building systems that support long-term growth across Carter and Love Counties. He works closely with real estate professionals, lenders, and community partners to create a more efficient and connected transaction process.
Outside of work, Chase is actively involved in coaching youth athletics and supporting local programs. He and his wife Callie, along with their three children, enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and working on their family farm.
